SimDori Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at SimDori. We pride ourselves on engineering high-quality, custom-built sim racing hardware. Because our products are built-to-order, our return policy is structured as follows:
1. Cancellations & Custom Orders

Standard Orders: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

Custom/Made-to-Order Gear: Once production begins on your custom hardware, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, and sales are final.
2. Returns for Unused Items
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be completely unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it (including all cables, mounting hardware, and accessories).

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee: Returns for buyer’s remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and material costs.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items
We stand behind our build quality. If your hardware arrives damaged during transit, or if you experience a technical manufacturing defect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a brief video demonstrating the issue.

If a component is found to be genuinely defective or faulty due to manufacturing, we will provide a replacement part, a repair, or a full replacement unit at no extra cost to you, and we will cover the return logistics.

Note: This policy does not cover damage resulting from user modification, improper mounting, overloading, accidents, or unauthorized internal engineering alterations.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (e.g., your card or Revolut account) within 5–7 business days
