SimDori Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SimDori. We design, manufacture, and package our high-performance sim racing hardware to order. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or custom fabrication backlogs, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We utilize reliable locker and service point collection networks (InPost Locker and Punto Pack / Mondial Relay) to offer the most secure and cost-effective shipping for our hardware across Europe.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on your delivery zone and order weight (Single items vs. Multi-item bundles).

Iberia (Spain & Portugal): * Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Rest of Europe (Mid-Euro Zones): * Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed.
3. How Locker / Service Point Delivery Works
Because we utilize secure point-to-point locker networks, please ensure your contact information is 100% accurate at checkout:

Locker Selection: Depending on your location, you will either select your preferred pickup locker during checkout, or receive a digital notification from the courier immediately after shipment to choose your nearest active locker or collection point.

Collection Window: Once your hardware arrives at your selected locker, the courier will send you a secure PIN/QR code via SMS or email. Most locker networks require you to collect your package within 3–5 calendar days of arrival. Items not collected within this window will be returned to us, and the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the courier. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SimDori is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order and the external packaging is visibly destroyed or damaged, please take photos before opening the package. If the internal hardware has been damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours at our support email with photos/videos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement unit for you.
